About the role

AIOlabz (aiolabz.com) is the platform where AI Officer members earn their certification through hands-on missions and challenges. Leaders join through the AI Officer Institute, and AIOlabz is where the actual work happens: they practice, complete challenges, get certified, and stay connected to the community. Individuals subscribe directly, and companies buy seats for their teams.

We are hiring our first Product Manager to own this platform. You will decide what gets built, in what order, and be accountable for whether members finish what they start. This is a builder role: we work AI-first, and you will prototype your own ideas with Claude Code before engineering ever touches them.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for AIOlabz, from discovery through launch and iteration. You decide what gets built and in what order.
• Own the numbers that matter: signup to first mission completed, certification completion rate, and monthly member retention. Report on them weekly.
• Prototype your own ideas with Claude Code before handing them to engineering. We expect our Product Manager to build, not just spec.
• Work with our instructors and content team to turn workshop material into missions that members actually finish. Kill or rework the ones they abandon.
• Design the business-to-business experience: how a company buys seats, onboards a team, and tracks their people's progress toward certification.
• Talk to members every week and watch them use the platform. Turn what you learn into a prioritized backlog our engineers can execute.
• Figure out what a certified member stays for. Certification has an end; the subscription should not.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years in product management. Experience with a learning platform, community product, or subscription product is a strong plus.
• You have built and shipped something real with Claude Code: an internal tool, a prototype, a side project, an automation. You will show us what you built and walk us through how you built it.
• You have taken at least one product from ambiguous idea to shipped and measured, and you can tell us what happened to the numbers.
• Strong written communication. Specs, decisions, and weekly updates live in writing here.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and owning results without being managed day to day.
